World Citi Colleges (WCC) continues to strengthen its academic network through a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila (PLM), formalized on May 16, 2025. The partnership reflects a shared commitment to advancing education, research, and workforce development through various joint initiatives.

The partnership covers collaboration in research, co-teaching, internship and training exchanges, professional development for faculty and staff, and co-hosted academic events and conferences.

PLM is widely recognized as one of the country’s top public universities, known for its consistently high board exam passing rates and strong performance across disciplines. Its reputation for academic excellence and public service makes it an ideal partner for WCC—an institution equally committed to real-world learning, outcomes-based education, and career readiness across industries.

This collaboration brings together two institutions with shared values and complementary strengths, united in their mission to empower the Filipino learner.
