Benefits of Studying in the Philippines
Admission Process
Fill out and submit the admission form together with the following requirements:
- Officially verified academic records from the most recent educational institution attended (must be authenticated from your embassy)
- Authenticated copy of diploma
- Authenticated copy of birth certificate
- Copy of international passport's bio page
- Copy of the most recent visa
All submissions must be sent via email to international@worldciti.edu.ph.
Please use the subject line 'Admissions - New Student/Transferee - [Student Name]' or 'Scholarships - New Student/Transferee - [Student Name]'. An example will be: (e.g. Admissions - New Student - Juan de la Cruz).
Allow 2 to 3 days for the evaluation of your submitted documents. You will be notified of the next steps via email.
Once your documents/credentials are verified and deemed satisfactory, you will be notified via email. You may proceed to pay the initial $300.00 USD to receive your Letter of Acceptance (LOA). This initial payment will be deducted from your total tuition fee. The LOA is required for visa processing from your country of origin. You will receive the LOA through email. Accepted mode of payment is via bank transfer.
Upon your arrival in the Philippines, WCC International Office will assist you in the enrollment process and the conversion of your tourist visa to student visa.

International Student Support
Academic and Career Support
Moving from your home country to a new one as an international student is a big change. At World Citi Colleges (WCC), our aim is to offer you an excellent environment for learning and enjoying college life. The WCC community, including academic and career counselors, faculty, and a strong alumni network, is dedicated to supporting you in reaching your goals. WCC provides a variety of resources to support your transition and help you acclimate to the new academic environment.
WCC also offers exceptional career support for international various sectors, ensuring comprehensive professional growth and development. Our allied health programs provide the opportunity to practice your skills in our affiliated tertiary hospital, the World Citi Medical Center.
As a tourism and hospitality student, you can gain practical experience in managing luxury resort operations, customer service, and event management in our affiliated World Citi Group resorts such as AltaBriza Resort in Boracay Islands, Altaroca Mountain Resort in Antipolo City, and Altamare Dive and Leisure Resort in Batangas. Alternatively, you can develop your skills in airline operations, flight management, and logistics at our airline SkyPasada in Binalonan, Pangasinan.
Furthermore, if you are a business administration and marketing student, you can engage in real-world business environments, focusing on marketing strategies and financial planning in our newest commercial hub, the San Carlos Town Center.
Visas and Permits
As an international student coming to study at World Citi Colleges in the Philippines, you will start by entering the country with a tourist visa (9A). Upon your arrival, we will assist you in converting this tourist visa to a student visa (9F) including preparing necessary documents such as your passport, admission letter, proof of financial capability, and medical and police clearances if needed. We will guide you through the visa application submission to the Bureau of Immigration and support your academic journey smoothly. For more details, download the International Student Guide.
Scholarships
World Citi Colleges offers a scholarship to all incoming first-year international students. This scholarship aims to support and encourage students from around the globe to pursue their higher education at our institution.

- To be eligible for the tuition scholarship, you must:
- have been offered admission to WCC
- meet the academic requirements
- Scholarship Benefits
- Tuition fee waiver
- 50-100%* off on tuition fees ** for the 1st semester of the first year
- * depends on the student's Grade 12 General Weighted Average or equivalent
- ** excluding miscellaneous and other fees
