Online Admission Procedure

NO ENTRANCE EXAM!

STEP 1: Fill-out and Submit Admission Form

• Click Enroll Now to fill out and submit your Admission Form.
• Upon successful application, you will receive your login credentials for your Student Information System account in your registered email address and/or contact number. 

STEP 2: Payment

• Pay the minimum downpayment of:

Incoming Grade 11: PHP 3,500

Incoming Freshman: PHP 5,000 

• Upload proof of payment in your Student Information System account (SIS) under Tuition fee tab.
• Alternatively, you may send proof of payment to the following email:
• Quezon City Campus: admissionsqc@worldciti.edu.ph
• Antipolo City Campus: admissionsantipolo@worldciti.edu.ph
• Guimba Campus: admissionsguimba@worldciti.edu.ph 

(Email Subject: Name, Grade 11 / Freshmen / Transferee)

STEP 3:  E-Official Receipt (E-OR) 

• Log-in to your SIS Account to view your Certificate of Enrollment
• You may also claim your printed OR at the cashier's office.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

All admission requirements must be submitted to the Registrar's Office from Monday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Senior High School

For New student/Transferee

• Certificate of Good Moral Character from Guidance Counselor or Principal
• Authenticated Birth Certificate by Philippines Statistics Authority (PSA) - Photocopy
• Form 138 (Grade 10 Report Card)
• 2 pcs. each of 1” x 1” recent photo colored with white background
• 2 pcs. each of 2” x 2” recent photo colored with white background
• One (1) long, brown envelope

Incoming Freshman

• Form 138 (Senior High School Report Card)
• Certificate of Good Moral Character from Guidance Counselor or Principal
• Authenticated Birth Certificate from PSA - Photocopy
• 2 pcs. of 1” x 1” recent photo colored with white background
• 2 pcs. of 2” x 2” recent photo colored with white background
• One (1) long, brown envelope
  

Transferee

Note: For initial evaluation, please submit complete final grades.

• Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credentials
• Certificate of Good Moral Character
• Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
• Authenticated Birth Certificate from PSA - Photocopy 
• 2 pcs. of 1” x 1” recent photo colored with white background
• 2 pcs. of 2” x 2” recent photo colored with white background
• One (1) long, brown envelope
  

Returning Student

Old/Returning Students or those who discontinued their academic programs and decided to seek re-admission after more than two semesters of leave of absence must submit the following:

• Accomplished Clearance Form 
• Medical Examination Report (if applicable)

Cross Registrant

Note: Proceed to Registrar's office for cross-enrollees.
