Here are the requirements you have to fulfill and the application processes for graduate school.
STEP 1: Fill-out and Submit Admission Form
- Click Enroll Now to fill out and submit your Admission Form.
- Upon successful application, you will receive your login credentials for your Student Information System account in your registered email address and/or contact number.
STEP 2: Payment
- Pay the minimum downpayment of:
Master in Business Administration: PHP 5,000
Master in Education: PHP 1,000
Master in Hospital Administration: PHP 10,000
Master in Public Administration: PHP 5,000
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Master’s Programs
- Honorable Dismissal
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for women, if married)
- 2 pcs. of 1” x 1” recent photo colored with white background
- 2 pcs. of 2” x 2” recent photo colored with white background
- One (1) long, brown envelope
