World Citi Colleges (WCC) and WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) formally signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Pan-European University (Slovakia) on May 23, 2025, at the WCC Quezon City Campus—further reinforcing the institution’s internationalization thrust.
Representing Pan-European University was Dr. Slavomir Rudenko, Director of International Affairs and Vice President of the Executive Committee of the Compostela Group of Universities (CGU), a prestigious European network of higher education institutions. His presence symbolized the growing ties between WCC and academic institutions across Europe.
This partnership aims to develop joint initiatives such as faculty and student exchanges, collaborative research, dual degree programs, and future participation in Erasmus+ projects. These initiatives will provide students and faculty with new avenues for growth, mobility, and academic innovation.
The collaboration is a testament to WCC’s enduring mission to offer transformative, globally relevant education—and to equip students to thrive in international academic and professional landscapes.
