World Citi Colleges (WCC) and WCC Aeronautical & Technological College (WCC ATC) strengthened their commitment to internationalization and academic collaboration by signing several Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with international and local academic institutions during the Association of Universities of Asia and the Pacific (AUAP) Annual Conference, held from May 21 to 23, 2025, at Chardonnay by Astoria, Philippines.
Bringing together higher education leaders from across the globe, the AUAP Conference served as a platform for promoting innovation, academic excellence, and global partnerships. WCC seized the opportunity to formalize strategic linkages with institutions that share its vision of globally relevant, accessible, and industry-responsive education.
Among the international partnerships formalized during the event were those with American International University and Daffodil International University from Bangladesh, CNN University of Science and Technology also from Bangladesh, Sias University from China, the University of Saint Joseph from Macau, Vikrant University and Jagran Lakecity University from India, The Master’s Institute Development Academy and Seminary from Thailand, and John von Neumann University Foundation from Hungary. These new academic alliances—formed through the joint efforts of WCC and WCC ATC—open exciting pathways for collaborative research, student and faculty exchange, and transnational learning across Asia and Europe.
On the local front, WCC and WCC ATC welcomed new partnerships with Rizal Technological University, Davao del Sur State College, Davao Oriental State University, the University of Northern Philippines, and Southville International School and Colleges. In addition, WCC also signed an MOU with Eastern Visayas State University, further strengthening its engagement with institutions across the country.
Together, these partnerships highlight WCC’s continued dedication to building strong, globally connected learning ecosystems that empower students and faculty through shared knowledge and expanded opportunities.
