This course aims to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to develop and implement effective strategic plans for organizations. Topics include the strategic planning process, environmental analysis, goal setting, strategy formulation, and performance measurement. This course plan should provide you with a strong foundation in strategic planning principles and guide them through the strategic planning process.
